ISO chest hold 120 seconds
Walked 4 corners with sauna suit, sweatshirt and weight vest.....good times.
Going to cut way back the rest of the week and just do restoration stuff the rest of the time. Went to the State Fair last night, ate a lot but my weight didn't show it today which was good.
