Lifted at Okoboji Community High school so I kinda struggled to find 45lb plates. Today was kind of a ramp up day concentrating on form getting ready for Wed. School starts tomorrow so I will be adding another stressor to my life, but naturally in true Tommy Miller fashion I don't care I'll still lift till my eyes bleed
