435x1, the board slide down and hit me in the mouth which sucked so I called it.

Not really feeling it today, as I said earlier this week just not feeling the training so much this week, I've got a lot going on in my personal life with school, work, and that damn squat suit.

Tomorrow I'm going to do a little cardio and thats it for the week!
