Crushed training table then carried 4 cases of muscle milk from Mariucci to Bierman, like .33 of a mile. So much conditioning, those get heavy quick!

    So after the 1988 WSM someone asked Kaz how he got his traps so freaking huge, he said that he loaded a bar up with 6-7 plates, put his pinkies on the rings and would knock out sets of 10, but on the last set he said he would loose count and sometimes do up to 30. So I figured that heavy sets of 10 with pinkies on the rings would be Kaz Shrugs. Enjoy becoming traptastic!
