New PR, a training goal I've been working on for quite some time. I then got home and found my new Inzer Max DL suit waiting for me! I tired it on and it is extremely tight, it will take a while for me to "slip" into it.
3rd work Out
Wide grip pull ups 5x5 used micro mini, it's my safety blanket
T-bar Rows 5 plates on the end 5x5
Back ext rows 135 5x5
I tried to get video of my 585 but my phone recorded the video and then told me that it was recorded in an unsupported format, such is life...Next time I hit it I will take a video of it.
