Squat onto a 12 in box w/ green and micro-mini band (100# of tension at top) 455# on bar
Rack Squats 600#, went a little lower with the bar

Rack Pulls worked up to 575#
Incline weighted glute ham raises 45#
One Leg Rev. Hyper 200#
Done and Done! Weight moved really well today......really well, pry should have squatted more weight but it is all good I want to get crazy on Wed.
