Glute raises worked up to 220
I'm just beat, I can't tell the difference if I"m holding 140lb dumbbells or 100lb dumbbells. All the weight feels the same. Next week is our last week of doing this high volume then we are going down to 3s, 1s, and 5s...I'm pumped
