Download

The rest of the week I'll be downloading. I hate download week but it's something I've got to do. Instead of taking a total of 9 days to DL I'm decided I would lift hard monday and tuesday and then down load wed. thur. fri. sat. sun. giving me a good 5 days to relax. The next few days I'll do multiple restoration exercises so I hopefully supercompensate a little going into next week when I'm going to get after it. Things I'll do every day the rest of the week:
  • Epsom salt bath
  • foot bath
  • today I have schedualed a deep tissue massage
  • 2 gallons of water a day
  • plenty of inversion
  • flush bike work outs
  • sauna
That should do it for the rest of the week....wish me luck!
