This felt good, I haven't squatted much laity because of all my deadlifting but I'm glad I got this in.

Big DL day tomorrow, everyone is starting the Coan/Phillipi DL routine, I will be making some modifications to it.
I plan on doing rack pulls instead of the speed DL, this should be fun
