Pulled 400+lb Sled back and forth in weight room.

Great workout today, I needed a real good lower body workout with my squats. I did not use a belt in my squats and the suit worked well. I got real deep with each rep to the lowest box we have, it felt really good. The sled pull was interesting as usual today. I pulled it the length of the weight room with what I had on last week (280#) then I added a 45 to pull it back, its amazing how much of a difference 45# can make. I am swol and soar so I feel good about myself, especially because I cheated last night and had pizza, it's alright my weight after the work out is still around 252 or so, right where I want to be. Next week will be a max out week 4 weeks away from the meet so it should be interesting, let the drama of the squat suit continue!
