Squat
worked up to 2 singles @ 655
Deadlift
worked up to 3 singles @ 515 with straps down.
My Deadlift suit is proving very hard to learn. But I will continue to try.
I think I'm done Bulgarian Bursting, I'm 4 weeks out and for some reason I'm not adapting to the volume like I did before I took a 10 day break. I haven't had a good squat work out since before the cruise, I'm going to work with Cal today to try to find a good way to taper myself for my meet.
