Just did some cardio and sauna on Thursday.

DB Bench Press 3x 8 @ 95 neutral grip

Dips 2 x 8 W/ 25# plate

3 weeks out and freaking out a bit about my training, haven't squatted real good yet. going to switch to a 4 day split, monday will be heavy singles on squat, and assistant DL exercises. Tue will be Singles on Bench with some tri work. Thur will be heavy singles on DL with squat speed stuff and Friday will be bench press speed work with shoulders and arms. thoughts?

  1. Looks like a pretty good set up. Dont worry so much about ur squat you'll hit it fine. On your DL days when your wearing ur suit throw the straps up, they're not made like squat suits and are really designed to be worn straps up.

    What are your openers looking like?
